Tetra Pak packaging Sunne AB is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex and Gable Top packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards.
We are now looking for a Quality Expert to join the Quality team.
What you will do
Responsible for quality assurance and maintenance into a production process. Owns quality losses and drive continuous improvement activities through WCM methodologies. Responsible for implementing QM pillar strategy and route in the process. Responsible for the whole quality system and related documentation. You will be involved in losses reduction projects, problem solving activities supporting our converting process.
You will focus on:
· Responsible for implementing the QM pillar strategy & route in the process. Responsible for QM master plan compliance and to secure planned step changes.
· Participate to ISO, OSHAS & BRC audit and WCM assessment. Plans & executes QM team audits.
· Manages, updates deployments and follow-up of success criteria related to QM in the process, including update of pillar KPI-KAI.
· Leads the analysis and the countermeasure implementation. Participates to traceability.
· Guarantees the compliance to specifications, the methods and the correct execution of quality controls and training of operators of defect classification. Leads activities to improve product capability.
· Leads projects and validation for quality related activities and participate in case of other projects for quality related tasks.
· The position is based in Sunne, Sweden and requires approximately some travelling. The scope of the job includes supporting also Skoghall and Imatra manufacturing sites.
Who you are
You drive for results and enjoy collaboration. You also have the ability to communicate in networks across geographies and organisational boundaries. You are able to engage and possess the ability to coach and motivate others. Analytical reasoning and a structured way of working is important to be successful in this position. We believe that you have some years of practical experience from a quality related role, preferably in a production environment within Packaging. You are familiar with quality management systems and tools preferably ISO 9001 and SAP systems. Experience from continuous improvements is seen as a merit. Naturally you both speak and write English fluently.
We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority. To be successful in this position you have solid experience from the IT sector as well as from negotiation, contracting and from vendor management. Experience from the sales side is a plus. You probably have a University degree within IT and/or Business Administration and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
