As a result of our growing customer needs to ensure maximum lifecycle utilization of their equipment, we are looking for a Global Services Qualification Services Life Cycle Leader. You will manage a team of individuals responsible for all our customer documentation for our Qualification Services.
What you’ll do
Be the leader of the Qualification services Life Cycle team, managing and optimizing the life cycle process of our documentation
Maintain Qualification services templates related to both products and software and optimize their lifecycle from NPI handover to product Obsoletion. This can include updates to the templates as needed based on customer feedback, new regulations, or improved ways of working
Ensure we have coverage across all regions globally, ensuring adequate staffing, resources and succession planning to deliver on customer order demands
Drive collaboration efforts and partnerships across Global Service organization
Drive and improve team competency/development via continuous upskilling through structured training plans across technical framework; conduct regular coaching/mentoring sessions
Participate in analytics and planning for operational, budgetary and mid/long term strategies and goals
Drive BI improvements to automate dashboards/data sets
Maintain appropriate relationships with expertise suppliers/vendors
Handle External and Internal customer complaint processes.
Communicate projects current state and changes/updates to management at global and regional levels as appropriate
Develop standards around language, formatting, and structure on how the documents should be written.
Train other team members on how documentation should be structured.
Support customer meetings as needed
Travel as needed – 10-15%
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or relevant work experience.
Experience of demonstrated capability to lead a team to achieve short-term and long-term goals and to drive that team to meet objectives
Experience planning resource and staffing needs via balancing high priority customer demands and longer trem strategic needs
Strong focus on customer, quality and meeting customer needs
Ability to lead and empower others, both within direct supervisory and matrix environments.
Experience of working in a global environment.
Demonstration of innovation and adaptability to further advance business operations and customer experience
Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization. Expresses ideas clearly and simply both verbally and in writing. Promotes timely, ongoing flow of information to others. Communicates and listens effectively to develop and maintain key business relationships.
Builds amotivating environment. Empowers others. Inspires, motivates and assists in building cohesive teams, bringing out the best from peers
Understanding issues at a region level but also able to see the bigger picture relevant to organization on a global scale.
Experience with technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken
Experience with XML editor software as well as knowledge of DBS tools and understanding of Cytiva products is a plus
The majority of your team is be located in Uppsala, Sweden. It is, however a global role, where as we encourage applicants from the UK and US in addition to Sweden.
