Qualified Accountant with IFRS knowledge

Finance Function at SKF Sverige AB includes Business Partners Controllers, Controlling Centre, Accounting Centre and Internal Control and Finance Processes departments. We are now looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting Centre.

Qualified Accountant with IFRS knowledge

As an accountant you will both work individually with own areas of responsibility and tightly together with your colleagues. One of your focus areas will be accounting according to IFRS and Swedish GAAP. You will develop new as well as improve current processes for SKF Sverige AB.

Key responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Accounts Receivable
- Process development and projects within Accounts Receivable
- Specific accounting areas, such as pensions and taxes
- Involved in monthly and yearly closings

Your Profile
- Deep knowledge in IFRS and Swedish GAAP
- At least 5 years work experience from an audit firm and/or several years in accounting department in an international company is required
- Experience from developing new as well as challenging old processes and procedures
- Experience from communicating with stakeholders, such as Auditors is a prerequisite
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills, accurate, takes responsibility, structured, works with deadlines and has ability to prioritize
- Out-turned, sees improvement opportunities and wants to improve way of working
- University degree in finance and business administration or similar is required
- Fluent English is required, Swedish is preferable
