Aurobay is looking for a Quality Action Leader. You will be an essential complement to our Quality Manufacturing by leading complex quality issues locally and globally through your ability to think outside the box & using holistic views. To be successful in this position, you need to be a result-oriented self-starter with a flexible mindset and structured approach with a flair for details. You’ll excel at teamworking and have a proven track record of building good relationships across every level of a business within Quality processes.
As a Quality Action Leader, you will be part of the Quality Section, with a broad scope and vision to enlighten quality assurance.
Quality section includes its scope from Quality Assurance (Early Phases) to After Market & Sustainability, including Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality that have a mission to set and comply to policies, strategies & ways of working throughout all our processes and organizations.
What you’ll do
As a Quality Action Leader you will lead quality tasks from start to end, including update of quality processes related to the task, continuously monitor quality status, and prioritize tasks. Supporting the Quality SME, representing Aurobay in cross functional development tasks. You will also continuously improve Task force process including problem solving, structure, quality tools & quality assurance. Furthermore, you will contribute and support to development of quality related processes and the standardization work within Aurobay. Actively drive and inspire the organization to innovative development. Actively monitor best practice replication globally through standardization. Set the needs of Lessons Learned and transfer to Lessons Learned specialist.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a bachelor, master, PhD degrees, or equivalent experience within Quality Assurance with focus on problem solving methods. To be successful in this role, we also believe you have experience from engine manufacturing processes, ISO9001/IATF on base knowledge or higher.

- Good communicating skills, including a high level in spoken and written English
