WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role you will ensure that our products comply with regulatory and quality standards according to set processes, guidelines and routines.
Some of the fun things you will do:
- Provide administrative support to the Supplier Quality team by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Secure, review and approve decision basis from our production sites according to preset requirements.
- Review and approve analytical results and certificates of analysis from our production sites
- Make products available for sales through ERP-systems and in our warehouses
- In case of deviations, administrate and order samples from our warehouses and coordinate external analyses
- Create and send quality documents according to customer-, authority- or customs requirements
- Be part of the development of processes and new ways of working
WHO YOU ARE:
Besides being a highly skilled professional, you have a great understanding of how workflows between supply, quality, logistics and fulfillment are connected. Most of all we hope that you are a person who loves being part of a team and take ownership for your area of expertise. You have a couple of years of work experience from Food industry, close to quality processes and know how to create effective communication with stakeholders across the whole business. Since you will be working in a lot of different systems it really helps if you are system savvy.
We hope to see that you check the following boxes:
- Experience from working in an ERP-system
- Experience from quality assurance documentation and handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience from supply & operations in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail.
As we act in a truly global setting, your communication skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
