Quality and Assurance Coordinator

Who are you?
We are looking for a skilled and communicative Quality and assurance coordinator based at our plant in Åstorp in Sweden. The Quality and assurance coordinator will handle the quality and assurance activities at site and external and internal communications. System management within the areas of ISO9001, ISO14001. Plan and execute external/Internal audits incl. actions within the area of responsibility.
Main tasks
To manage safely and effectively the day to day site quality and assurance activities for Åstorp site. (ASO)
To initiate and manage the implementation of agreed Quality and improvement projects.
To handle all upcoming quality deviations and actions via our system.
Locally maintaining and coordinate our system of ISO9001 and ISO14001
Locally improve our quality handling system and processes.
Locally handle and coordinate internal and external audits at Site ASO incl. third parts audit company.
Locally handle waste deviations and systematic approaches to decrease waste figures.
Locally being in contact with customers or representative appointed by our sales team.
Locally lead and handle biweekly meetings and action plans with relative parties.

Qualifications
Relevant education within the Quality and Assurance areas. Quality/Environmental engineer alternatively extended experience of production – preferably within the same industry Plastic material (Mechanical or Process).
You need organizational and team management skills, problem solving abilities and ability to take decisions.
Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
Communication skills as you should be able to clearly and concisely deliver instructions and issues quickly and effectively. As we believe in the power of many we welcome diversity in our application process.
