Quality and Compliance Specialist

Your team
You will be part of a team that creates and design technical information, for example manuals and instructions, to ensure a safe and efficient operation and maintenance of our machine orders and new development projects.

Your mission
Your role is to be responsible for developing and maintaining a quality assurance process of the TIS deliverables regarding compliance and legal requirements. Within these areas, you will drive the quality assurance of our content and be the owner of the quality assurance process in collaboration with the global compliance team.
In this position, you need to make sure that our content meets all the legal requirements and that relevant standards are applied and followed for each technical documentation delivery.
Your profile
To succeed in this position, it is important to have several years of relevant experience and knowledge regarding compliance and directives. It is important to establish and maintain relationships with the members of the TIS global compliance network, the members of the Safety of machinery cooperation forum, and Epiroc product legislation specialists to be ahead on upcoming changes that might affect the way TIS is working and our deliverables. You will develop and evaluate our internal methods, processes, and tools for working with compliance regarding technical documentation. You ensure that our content is up to date and aligned with the Epiroc strategy.
As a person you must have deep knowledge of several systems/guidelines/ processes where you are responsible to drive, maintain and develop. Job requires working with little or no supervision and depending on oneself to get things done. To be successful in this role, you need to be persistent when collaborating with our stakeholders to be able to deliver our product deliverables in time. You have excellent communication skills and meritorious to have product knowledge of Epiroc products or experience of mining equipment.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
