About the position
As Quality and Environmental Specialist you have the overall responsibility for controlling and following up DHG’s global quality and environmental system so that the requirements for quality and safety of the products are fulfilled. You report directly to Head of QA/RA and ensures that good distribution and manufacturing practices are complied with. Main tasks include:

• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of applicable regulatory requirements and Quality/Environmental management system according to ISO13485:2016 and ISO14001:2015 requirements throughout the organization.
• Administer and develop the tool used for quality / environmental management systems and update routines or instructions.
• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual environmental plans and identify significant environmental aspects.
• Be the case leader / QA in changes, deviations and CAPA's
• Develop and ensure relevant training for the organization.
• Coordinate external / internal audits and carry out internal and second-party audits to ensure that we comply with the requirements.

Your profile
The right candidate is collaborative, responsible and structured. You are most probably a person with excellent communication skills and comfortable with planning and prioritizing different tasks in order to work in a self-driven manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, technology or other natural sciences related field.
• At least 1 years’ experience from the Medical Device industry and knowledge of applicable regulations such as ISO13485.
• Good knowledge from previous employment in international requirements for environmental management system, ISO14001
• Professional level in both written and spoken English (Swedish is desirable)
• Experience from project management is meritorious
