Arbetsbeskrivning
Additive Manufacturing (AM), or 3D printing, is described as one of the most important and disruptive technologies to have emerged in recent years. It makes components lighter, stronger and more flexible than ever before – enabling previously impossible designs. With more than 150 years in the metal industry, few understand the secrets of Additive Manufacturing like Sandvik, and this makes us well positioned to take lead in the additive transformation.
Our Quality and Logistics department, within Production Unit Powder in Sandviken, is responsible for delivering high-quality service while handling order-related activities in alignment with our customers’ demands and challenges. We’re now looking for a service-minded Coordinator to join our team in a position where you have the opportunity to use your administrative skills to make a positive impact on our operations!
Your mission
In this role, you work in close collaboration with our production to find the best possible solutions and ensure excellent customer service. You take an active role in keeping our customer flow at ease by managing all order-related activities through our M3 system, and you’re our go-to-person regarding delivery issues. You have a high understanding of our production, and you coordinate customer-related requests, logistics and all associated communication within our production unit. This includes following up on packing and delivery operations – making sure we have accurate documentation for transports – as well as handling complaints, inventory levels and payments in time. You’re also responsible for the unit’s customer specifications, contract reviews, customer requirements and internal product specifications.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree in technology or economics, combined with a few years of experience in the quality- and logistics area. Since this is a role where you need to collaborate and communicate internally with our production, as well as externally with other stakeholders, you need to have excellent language skills in both English and Swedish.
With attention to details, structure and a hands-on approach, you ensure quick solving of acute problems while always thinking one step ahead. By being a responsive and excellent communicator with strong networking skills, you easily collaborate with different stakeholders while delivering high quality service – making you a valuable asset to your coworkers and our business as a whole!
