Quality and Production assistant

We are currently looking for a Quality and Production assistant for the Product Development department, with strong characteristics that include eagerness to learn, solution-oriented and take ownership

The Product Development department is responsible for creating, developing, and producing products and collection concepts for the brand’s success.

As Quality and Production assistant, you will…

• Assist our Production Quality, Production and Product Sustainability Manager in daily tasks
• Help in streamline process both with internal communication and to external partners (suppliers)
• Responsible for upkeep of administrative tasks (system management, Asana projects, excel worksheets)
• Compose and collect data and build reports as needed
• Monitor production schedules with Suppliers which includes but not limited to inspections, ETD schedule, managing potential delays, and root cause.
• Be in direct contact with suppliers for any claim issues
• Support third party inspections, also, chemical and physical tests
• Collaborate in laying the foundation for policy and procedures within the Product Development department

• A plus if you have a fashion/textile background or a basic understanding of textile operations, process controls, and procedures preferred
• Detailed oriented
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office system software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• English is a must
• A university degree in fashion, business, economics, or similar
