THE INTERNSHIP
You will be working at the Business Centre with our Quality Assurance department where we are 11 employees working with developing, improving and maintaining our system utility (PDM/CAD) and working with analyzing product deviation. The main purpose with the analyses is to identify systematic errors, suggest and run improvement activities across the organization.
We are currently pursuing a project under the name TPQM (Total Product Quality Management), briefly described as a project where we are working with improvement activities across the organization. The foundation for this project is a consolidation of data and information from different sources (databases and reports). The data is to be analyzed from different perspectives and then put together for the work groups and their ongoing work tasks to generate results within the respective improvement areas.
The position is full time paid placement starting flexibly around April/ May alternatively Summer 2014.
YOUR PROFILE
You are most likely an engineering student with a focus towards industrial economy, logistics or mechanics along with a practical understanding of how to apply your knowledge.
You are open-minded with good communication skills, see challenges as possibilities and have the ability to work on a detailed level as well as see the bigger picture. You are driven, thrive on taking initiatives, enjoy analytical tasks and can contribute with extensive experience within data management.
In addition we see the right candidate
- Is knowledgeable and interested in mechanics
- Has academic experience within logistics
- Possess good Swedish and English language skills
- Has good computer and systems knowledge
