We provide industry solutions to our customer through our dedicated development center in Bangalore (India) and Stockholm (Sweden).
We are looking for QA Engineers
Lead' responsible for one or more specific knowledge area/s in the responsibility matrix.
Support' is responsible for one or more specific knowledge area/s in the responsibility matrix.
Stand in for Mechanical Lead in case of sickness or leave.
Ownership of component design:
2D drawing ownership.
Specification ownership (understand all specs that are written on the drawing).
Ensure virtual verification of components (CAE, tolerance analyses, design reviews).
Ensure own drawings are checked and approved to the relevant process (prototype or production).
Ownership of component level D-FMEA.
Creation of Engineering Change Orders for new and updated production components or products.
Approval and signing of PPAP and TFC documentation



Carry out concept development work for new products.
Carry out design development work for new products.
Produce 2D drawings and specifications for new products.
Attend customer meetings as a mechanical department representative.
Partaking in Quality tasks as a mechanical resource in the problem-solving team.
Partaking in risk assessments for new products.
Reporting to the mechanical lead and/or line manager on the status of work.
Lead or support in 'Continuous Improvement' projects within DLE.
Checking colleagues' drawings according to best practice.
Other activities as agreed with Mechanical Lead or line manager.
Communication with purchasing department.
Support for selection of new suppliers.
Creation of purchase requisitions for prototype parts.
Mechanical Test Department and prototype workshop.
Place the order and help specify test specifications.
Support lab technicians with their design of rig fixtures (mech. lab is responsible for the design, the Product Engineer should only support).
Provide support to prototype build responsible for the build of new prototypes – assembly drawings, answering questions, specification of and analysis of incoming material control plans (inspection reports).
CAE department.
Identify the need for and place orders for analysis & simulation work.
Provide required date for jobs to aid in prioritisation.
Support CAE Engineer during calculations
