What we are looking for
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer to Schneider Electric Distribution Centre in Örebro.
We are looking for someone who can take necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements. You will also be the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.
Your scope
• The Quality Excellence of the offers delivered to the customers
• The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)
• The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, Cyber Security,etc.)
• The Prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues
Your responsibilities
• You will be in charge of the Quality of one or several sectors at the local Distribution Centre.
• Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
• Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode
• Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
• Lead continuous improvements
• Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving
• Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the sectors of your responsibility
Required skills and experiences
We believe you are ambitious, structured, quality driven and a team player with great organizational skills. You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Swedish.
