Quality Assurance Lead

A new clinical laboratory in Solna has opened up with the purpose to increase the national capacity for analysis of Covid-19 infection. The lab is located at Biomedicum, offering state of the art facilities.

Job in question
As the lab is expanding it is now looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead.

Areas of responsibility
The main responsibility consists of developing and maintaining the quality assurance processes and systems for the laboratory practices. You will develop, maintain, monitor and audit quality management systems and protocols that ensure compliance with regulations and standards. You will work closely with the laboratory manager and technicians.

Qualifications
We believe that you have a Master’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably life science, and that you have a couple of years of experience of ISO standards and feel comfortable in a Quality Assurance/Compliance environment.

To enjoy this position you should feel comfortable with independently planning, coordinating with people and documenting your work. You appreciate the importance of teamwork and it is therefore important that you are flexible and have good collaboration skills. As a person you are structured and communicative. Since the lab is relatively new started it is good if you like to be part of improvement processes.
