Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Swedbank, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a driven and knowledgeable team to support Swedbank in increasing quality within the AML/CTF area.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Ensure quality within AML/CTF processes together with driven colleagues in the first line of defence unit Quality Assurance. A unit within Group Anti-Financial Crime.

- Evaluate and validate AML/CTF processes to ensure that AML/CTF risks are identified and managed as well as external and internal regulations are complied with.

- Contribute to further developing the AML/CTF processes, collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defence and participate in development projects.

- Develop and grow professionally within a dynamic team environment.

What is needed in this role:

- 5-10 years of work experience, including at least 2 years within the AML/CTF area.

- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as economics, engineering or law.

- Strong knowledge in the field of AML/CTF; knowledge of financial sanctions is also valuable.

- Previous experience from the financial sector and work with regulatory compliance, risk management and/or auditing e.g., as an auditor, risk manager or compliance officer.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.

- Strong stakeholder management, planning, prioritization and delivery capabilities.

- Solution oriented and strong collaboration skills.

- Agile mindset and flexible to change.

- Ability to possess self-leadership skills as well as leadership of others.
