About the company:

Exoneural Network AB develops, manufactures and sells EXOPULSE Mollii Suit, a suit for neuromodulation, which was launched as medical equipment on the European market at the end of 2012. Mollii Suit is a medical device to reduce chronic pain and muscle tension to increase mobility for people with, for example, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke or Parkinson's. The company was founded by Fredrik Lundqvist in 2009, creator of the beta version of the Mollii suit and was later joined by Nicolas Loren Abboud, father of a daughter with cerebral palsy and who experienced a life-changing journey thanks to the EXOPULSE Mollii Suit.

The team behind Exoneural Network works purposefully with innovation and development of clothing for neuromodulation. The aim is to be able to eliminate chronic pain, facilitate muscle contraction and control and improve mobility. Exoneural Network wants to give everyone the opportunity to live a dignified, autonomous and painless life in motion.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a QA Manager, your main focus is to control and maintain the QMS (Quality management system) and ensure that all routines within said area are followed.

This means that you are responsible for policies developed by the management and the Quality Director. There, you are a driving force in ensuring that said rules, routines and procedures are implemented and followed. As a result, you’ll be in contact with all departments at the company, from R&D, purchasing, sales and aftermarket. You also contribute QMS documents to the business.

In the position, you are also responsible for supporting the risk management process. You support and prepare for the annual external management report to Intertek and ensures that the internal audit is carried out every year. You assist in handling deviations, both internally and from the customer and take care of current CAPA's.

Furthermore, you ensure that the quality policy and quality goals are set and followed up. You support the Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC). You review and approve all company material from a regulatory POV and initiates and manages market actions (FSCA).

In short, this means that you review the safety and efficiency internally at the company.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Master's or a bachelor engineering education in a relevant area
• We believe you have one of the following backgrounds:
- Work experience from a role as a Quality Assurance Assistant
- Work experience from a company that operates in a quality-assured environment
• Fluency in English, speech and writing
• Knowledge of Swedish or German is an advantage

To succeed in the role, you have an analytical ability where you can think abstract and complex. You have a logical approach, prefer to rely on data and approach problems from a scientific and analytical perspective. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your tasks and have the ability to structure and prioritize the right things. Finally, it is important for you to be careful with details in the daily work and you leave nothing undone.
