We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Manager within Operations that want to participate in building on the success story of DigitalRoute.

To hold this role, we are looking for an individual who thrives in a shifting environment where optimization and innovation is the key. A person that always have the customer experience in focus and are used to work in a process and procedure driven context where monotoring and proactivity leads to renewal and implementation of new ways of working.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in process development and works well in a shifting and results oriented environments.

We believe that you

• Have proven process development and quality assurance experience (+2-5years)
• Strong technical background within Development or Operations
• Used to evaluating customers requirements and met these
• Use to working with quality requirements both internally and towards Vendors.
• Used to working with SLA creation and follow up
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

As Quality Assurance Manager at DigitalRoute Operations, you will
Be in charge of building structure and for securing overall operational SLAs and processes. You will create and implement frameworks for Operational process development and way of working for all departments within Operations. You will own and create requirements, both internal and against vendors, to secure the overall delivery towards our customers. You must be comfortable with driving projects to create and improve necessary support systems and tools.
