Quality Assurance Officer

Do you have experience of Quality Assurance from the pharmaceutical industry?

We are now looking for candidates with experience in Quality Assurance for a 11 months consultant assignment within the pharmaceutical industry as Quality Assurance Officer.





Your main duties will be:

Executing batch/product release of formulated and packaged products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, starting materials, medical devices, including:

.Batch documentation review and batch release (as delegated by the Qualified Person) including working in relevant quality management systems (e.g. SAP).
.Execution of batch disposition for batches affected by level 1 deviations, assessed by Senior Quality Assurance Managers or Qualified Persons.
Preparation and approval of certificates within quality management systems and manually.

Collaborating with others to facilitate continuous improvement, benchmarks internal and external QA practices to identify innovative efficient and effective practices.

Maintaining quality data and records in relevant quality management support systems, and compliance reports, as required.

Assisting in the production of, or contribution to quality documentation e.g. standard operating procedures.

Preparation, management and/or coordination of inspections.

Qualification:

.Pharmacist, or masters degree in a science / technical field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering, complying with educational requirements as defined in LVFS 2004:7, §7
.Proven experience in either pharmaceutical operations environment or pharmaceutical Quality Assurance role for at least 2 years
.Excellent oral and written communication in Swedish and English

.Experience working in SAP (is a good merit)

.Strong ability and motivation to learn and collaborate

.Ability to work independently under your own initiative

.Passion for customers and also have the ability to act decisively
