Quality Assurance Officer

We are currently hiring a QA Officer to join our office in Uppsala, Sweden.
Viedoc has a game-changing eClinical suite that is designed to accelerate clinical trials and advance the development of drugs and medical devices by offering the latest in technology to streamline the electronic data capture process. Year by year, Viedoc evolves with a set goal to significantly reduce the time it takes to evaluate clinical research, leading to new treatments and cures becoming available to patients faster.

Job description
We are looking for a junior Quality Assurance Officer to join the Quality Assurance department in Uppsala, Sweden. You will support our customers with the information they need to ensure that Viedoc is compliant with regulatory requirements within the clinical research sector. Typical duties include:
Answering questionnaires from customers about our quality initiatives and procedures
Documentation of correspondence and other relevant information
Participating in audits by customers and their representatives, and answering their questions
Follow-up of CAPA issues internally
Providing input to RFPs (Requests For Proposal) received by our inbound sales group
Participate in streamlining and developing the daily work within QA

You will report directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance.

The position requires someone clever, quick learning and trustworthy. Clinical trial experience is required. Applicants with no experience of either will have a long learning curve, and we don’t have time to wait. Excellent English skills (spoken and written) are a must. Education
Academic degree in relevant discipline or equivalent

The job is based at our office in Uppsala, Sweden. Our office is located in the brand new “Juvelen”, which has been called the most environmentally durable building in the Nordic countries.
