Quality Assurance Regulatory Specialist at IsaDora in Malmö

ASSIGNMENTS
As Quality Assurance Regulatory Specialist at IsaDora you will be responsible for securing the right information on products according to company standards, EU regulations and local laws. You will for example work with safety reports and registrations. Furthermore you will be the point of contact for quality and product safety at IsaDoras Headquarters and also provide support on customer issues or questions within your field. You have an important role in keeping up to date with the latest regulations and will be a part of specific projects related to your responsibilities.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Responsible of securing the right information on our products according to our company standards, EU and local laws/regulations
CPSR – Safety reports: create / order coordinate
CPNP registration to Medical Products Agency (Läkemedelsverket)
Point of contact for quality and product safety queries at HQ
Provide support on consumer issues or questions, including special requests on Chemical or Hazard information
Help with selection and safe handling of ingredients and actives
Coordinate and control MSDS and other information for safe handling of chemicals
QA resource in innovation projects and local initiatives
INCI registration for various markets according to local rules and regulations, including Certificate of Analysis.
Ingredient Policy responsibility
Responsible for checking and assessing ingredient list from bulk suppliers to ensure it fits IsaDora internal ingredient policy as well as EU regulations
INCI/Artwork format input, feedback and point of contact for external customers
Keep up to date with the latest regulatory requirements in EU and other key markets, aligned with needs and internal policies of IsaDora.
Involved into following and updating Sustainability Strategy, as well as leading some specific projects within the company's ESG agenda.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the role as Quality Assurance Regulatory Specialist you have previous experience from a QA function. We believe that you are passionate about cosmetics and maybe you have worked with this, or within some other FMCG category, before. You have a great ability to plan, prioritize and implement activities according to brand strategy and company goals. Furthermore, you take on your work with structure and appreciate following existing processes, as well as creating new ones. You have the ability to naturally collect, classify and structure data of use to the organization. You enjoy working in an environment where you get to analyze, and you take initiatives in order to find the right solutions. Nevertheless, it is of greatest importance that you are a team player.
Important for the position:
A few years’ experience in a QA function, preferably from FMCG.
B.S. in Microbiology, Biologi, Chemistry or similar is a plus, but not a must.
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Language skills in German, Spanish, Arabic, or others is a plus.
Interest in chemistry, regulatory and sustainability.

The position as Quality Assurance Regulatory Specialist is a recruitment where you are employed directly by Isadora. The role is located in Malmö where the head office is based, but with flexibility of hybrid working policy from another location a couple of days per week.
