The Technical Support group is responsible for System Specialist Support, Quality Assurance Management Support and the Claims and Technical Issue Management process.Technical Support is based in Lund.Our organization is set up to handle the Market Area Nordics (Scandinavia and Baltic).In each country we have local representation in Sales and Technical Service with a strong focus on the customers.

The Technical Support organization in Market Area Nordics is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.The Quality Assurance Specialist will work in close cooperation with the field service organization focusing on customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Manager of Technical Support.

Our aim is to follow the mission of Quality Assurance Management (QAM)
"To support our customers with competence enabling the production of safe food and consistent quality"

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan and deliver Quality Assurance Support and Service products to our customers
- Deliver Quality Assurance training
- Support Market Area and Market Company functions, projects and colleagues internally, with Quality assurance competence to increase skill levels, improving quality awareness in delivery of services
- Assist with troubleshooting, system malfunction and Root cause analysis
- Build and maintain a relevant network in order to support Market Area activities/ strategy, including QAM Central office and Global network communication


Kvalifikationer

As a person you have a strong drive, you are flexible and have the leadership skills.You have well developed presentation and reporting skills and working knowledge in the English language, both in speech and writing.You are analytical with a focus on problem solving and have the ability to understand customer needs.

We believe that you have a Technical, Engineering or Food/Dairy technical education, preferably at University level or similar.You have at least 3 years of work experience within the area.Experience of the Food industry is an advantage.

You must be willing to travel internationally approximately 120-150 days per year, but you will only spend the night around 55- 60 % of these trips.
