Quality Assurance Test Lead Position

We are now looking for a Test Lead with at-least 5 years experience for one of our important clients. The work will be performed within a cross-functional team. This role will require cooperation with other teams. Good Interpersonal skills, high confidence, great leadership skills and good communication skills for managing a team as well as stakeholders is required for this role.
Responsibilities
As a Test Lead, you will have hands-on experience with testing Windows and desktop applications. You will have excellent knowledge of automation standards as you will be tasked with ensuring that your team adhere to this standards. You will also be able to work with various tools (seen below). You enjoy collaboration with others for good stakeholder management. The team is made up of very friendly and experienced open-minded professionals and you will have a fun time at work.
The best candidate will have the below competence
Ability to develop and maintain Test plan according to the strategy.
Ability to identify test scenarios as it relates to requirements.
Ability to write and create automated test scripts based on requirements.
Able to perform manual tests.
Ability to monitor the automated test pipeline in order to be able to view the required test results.
Ability to write and summarise test reports and results.
Ability to setup and maintain the test environment.



Required qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience as a software test engineer.
Leadership skills (empathy, good communication, tolerance)
Excellent knowledge in testing on Windows Desktop applications.
Excellent experience with Linux
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good knowledge in Windows and Linux operating systems
Hand-on experience working with different Network protocols such as OPC, Modbus and others
Excellent knowledge of Industry Automation standards
Good experience with different Linux flavors.
Hand-on experience writing test plans and reports.
Excellent experience in Test automation
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Experience working with Scrum.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.



Good-to-have competence
Fluent in Swedish (optional).
