Avalanche Studios is the leading independent game developer in Sweden employing approximately 80 persons. Our first game, Just Cause, was released in 2006 and has sold in over 1 million copies worldwide. Released in March 2010 the follow-up, Just Cause 2, has already received raving reviews. Focused on original IP projects and high-profile licenses we are currently working on multiple high-end titles for PS3, XBOX 360 and PC. Further you will work as part of a cross functional team with some of the most talented and experienced individuals in the gaming industry. We are located in new and modern premises in central Stockholm. Avalanche Studios owns Expansive Worlds who develop theHunter, the world's most realistic hunting simulator. We are currently looking for Quality Assurance Testers to work with the quality of our games. You will work close together with persons from different disciplines in a feature team reporting both to the QA Manager and the team. Your tasks will be to do functional and qualitative testing of builds and design and execute test cases. It will be your responsibility to report all issues into a bug tracking tool and simultaneously identify improvements in the test process. It's also important that you constantly promote test within development and actively seek out tasks that would benefit from test input. All external communication and bug reports will be in English. Requirements: . Minimum 1 year of working experience as a professional tester . Analytical skills with attention to detail . Excellent English skills . Ability to describe complex information in a precise and efficient manner . Passion to learn and work with new technologies . An interest in games is essential!
