Our QA department is growing and we are now looking for a new colleague to one of our QA teams at Cytiva in Uppsala. The team consists of around 8 persons and is responsible for internal audits, customer audits, deviations, complaints, CAPA management, documentation management and QMS training. You will be working closely with experienced colleagues where team spirit, flexibility and support are important factors.
We are looking for a person who is quality focused, structured, analytical and with good communication and collaborative skills.
What you'll do
Manage the QMS training plan for the site.
Assign new QMS trainings to associates within the training system.
Trend and monitor QMS training KPIs.
Communicate and interact with relevant key stakeholders.
Improve the QMS training process.
Contribute to continuous improvements of the QMS.
Participate in local and global forum as the QMS training representative.
Who you are
High school diploma in a related field
High standard of communication, both verbal and written
Able to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English (written and oral)
