Are you motivated by providing good customer experience? Then we have the perfect vacancy for you in sunny Málaga!
As Quality Assurer your responsibilities will be to strengthen your colleagues' quality in their work through coaching and education. You will be a driving force regarding developing your team's quality results by giving your colleagues support through listening and analyzing their calls and handling of customers. Furthermore as Quality Assurer, you will identify education needs and educate within those needs. You will have responsibility to develop overall quality for colleagues and for the team to achieve excellent customer experience.
You will report directly to your Business Manager.
About you
We are looking for you that is ambitious and passionate about quality. That has the ability to discover details that could be improved and pass on knowledge further. You will need to have a structured way of working and good prioritizing skills. Take responsibility to reach your goals and strengthen the quality of processes and how we are operating. You are solution-oriented and have an innovative way of thinking.
Competence requirements:
You are either native Swedish, Danish or Norweigan
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Experience from work with quality and enjoys responsibility
Good technical understanding in general
Used to working independently

Opening hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00. Saturday & Sunday 09.00- 18.00.
