What we are looking for
We are looking for a Quality Business Partner and Customer Delivery Manager to drive outstanding customer satisfaction in our largest business unit as well as helping all divisions navigating through the current logistic and shortage crisis the global market is facing. In this role you should be a team player, agile yet structured, as well as a good communicator.
Your responsibility
Act as quality business partner for our country partner sales business unit, representing the quality team in front of the business unit regarding customer care, quality, logistics, customer experience related requests.
Act as customer delivery manager for all business units, responsible for structuring our shortage management processes and communication materials, as well as equipping our sales teams to provide best possible information to our customers.
Collaborate with the rest of the organization on cross-functional initiatives.
Required skills and experiences
* Bachelor or higher degree in quality or logistics
* Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in quality and / or logistics
