The position
Our mission is to provide support and create solutions that meet our customers’ needs, create value and in the long run generate loyal regular customers.
As Quality Business Support at Roxtec International, you will:
• Act as a first point of contact within Roxtec International between business coordinators and operations for support with customer questions/questionnaires.
• Develop and document customer-requested documentation.
• Plan and manage customer audits and qualifications, including handling of improvements.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify trends and, if needed, request actions from the organization.
• Be a part of the internal audit team and perform internal audits.
Qualifications
You have a university degree in quality or a similar field, or several years of experience working in a global industry. You are a driven employee with a passion for quality and production, and you enjoy working in a high-paced environment. You are flexible, curious, positive towards changes and customer-oriented as well as creative. You also have a strong will to solve problems and respond to questions that may occur.
Our work tasks are often performed in a global environment and in close cooperation with others, which means that your professionalism is in focus. It is therefore necessary that you enjoy teamwork, are humble, and can communicate and cooperate with ease.
Since we are an international enterprise with local companies around the world, and this position involves contact with every operational site, it is important that you understand and enjoy working with different cultures.
