What’s the job like?
At Devoteam we believe that quality is everyone's responsibility. As a Quality Catalyst, you'll get a chance to lead this foundational area. You will be part of creating the prerequisites for quality in the project you work in. In the role, you will also assist more than one project at the same time as a Quality Catalyst and nudge the teams and their stakeholders to take responsibility for quality. In this role, it’s very important to pre-empt critical bugs from happening and increase the overall testability.
However, the role is highly customizable depending on your interests and strengths as we are taking inspiration from the context-driven/exploratory approach.
As a Quality Catalyst at Devoteam, you will be embedded in agile teams. Your closest colleagues are in your product team, and you will have an engaged community of other Quality Catalysts for mutual mentorship.
To succeed in this role you;
Are comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
Have experience working with quality in projects.
Full proficiency in Swedish and English.
