Entering into this role as Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will belong to the Quality team at HVDC and report to the Quality Manager. The quality team is dedicated to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
In this dynamic and exciting role, you have the overall responsibility to manage the Quality Continuous Improvement way of working at HVDC Service, which also includes a tight connection to the Local service centers around the world which are part of the same business.
Your projects will differ in character and complexity, giving you a diversified role with a wide range of contacts both internally and externally. You will be part of the management team at HVDC Service, making your everyday work both challenging and stimulating!
Your responsibilities
Drive, develop and implement Quality & Continuous Improvements processes in close collaboration with all managers
Continuously monitor, analyze, follow-up and act on quality targets and KPI’s
Drive the development of our quality culture
Apply quality methods, processes, and tools to support the handling of quality issues
Establish, maintain, and improve Quality Assurance within HVDC Service together with the process owners
Drive, support, and coach improvement projects and Root Cause Analysis
Perform & support in audits
Your background
You are a team player with a positive and pro-active mindset. To thrive in this position, we also believe that you are a good communicator as well as a self-engaging, structured, and analytical
You are a leader who has the ability to inspire & coach. If you have manager experience it is a plus
You hold a bachelor or master’s in Quality Management or Engineering
Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001, Process Management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvement is considered a plus
