In this role you will act as Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager for the Marine & Ports Division in Sweden. You will be reporting to the Local Division Manager and interact with Quality networks, both in Sweden and within the global Marine & Ports division. You will be part of the Local Division Management team. The Quality & CI Manager will drive a quality culture and practice of excellence throughout our entire value chain, increasing customer satisfaction and improving profitability in a sustainable way. We offer a challenging position in an international and dynamic working environment with interesting duties which cover multiple dimensions in a customer oriented Marine & Ports business.
Your responsibilities
Deploy and lead the Quality strategy for the local division, including quality culture, systems and tools with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.
Drive the local quality system through the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems.
Coordinate the efforts of all necessary local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class level performance.
Ensure that the necessary ISO9001 certification requirements are met throughout the organization.

Your background
You possess a “Can do” attitude and you are hands in resolving issues and improving processes.
Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Several years’ experience of Quality Management or project business with a quality interest.
Good collaboration and communications skills.
Fluent in English and Swedish any other language is an asset.
L6S knowledge is meritorious.
Recognized as great team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills.
