HVDC is looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist to work together with us in an international environment with plenty of opportunities. In this role you will be part of the quality team that are dedicated to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
As Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist your main responsibility will be to develop, improve and implement quality support processes in the organization, as well as to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). In this role you will collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization to improve the customer satisfaction and quality culture.

Your responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS)
Support the organization in Process Management and Process Governance
Apply quality methods, processes, and tools to support handling of quality issues
Perform quality audits and assessments
Analyze performance data and drive actions
Take part in leading Kaizen events and improvement projects
Support handling of non-conformities

Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive, structured, flexible, driven, and pro-active mindset
You have solid communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels
You are a team player who promotes team effectiveness by facilitating and building on the ideas of others and shares information and expertise, to achieve desired results
You have a university degree, preferably within engineering
As you will be part of an international environment English is a must, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO-standards, Process Management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvements is required
