For more information about us, please visit www.alstom.se Basic functions: Quality Control Engineer is a part of the project team responsible for mechanical system integration within power plant modernization projects. These projects are Nuclear Plant Projects, which are characterized by high quality demands, complexity and commitments over long time. The missions for the Quality Control Engineers are: Fulfilling requirements of the Project Quality Assurance Manual (PQAM) Planning and coordinating quality tasks within the project, including third party inspections, tests and verifications Representing the project in front of customers and suppliers regarding quality issues. Reviewing documents and goods prior to delivery Managing and approving of non-conformance reports Beside the project you will be a part of Alstom Quality community, working for continuous improvements of Alstom processes. The positions imply a large number of contacts internationally within Alstoms, with suppliers, 3:rd party bodies and with customers. You will work in an international environment, which require some travelling and that you are comfortable with the English language. Key Skills and Requirements: B.Sc. or experienced high school engineer specialised towards quality, or equivalent competence. More than 5 years experience in nuclear industry or other highly regulated industry, involving large projects. Multi-cultural working experience is a plus. Experience in interpretation of requirements and ability to implement them in the project. Experience of Nuclear requirements as SKIFS, PAKT2000 is an advantage.
