Quality Control Lab Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Lab Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our excellent team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Together with our process and R&D team start-up of first measuring methods and instruments.
Together with R&D and your team searching, validating, and implementing new inspection methods and technologies.
Develop and document methods and procedures for quality measurements of incoming details and production intermediates.
Work across many parts of the organization, collaborating with R&D technical team, Production, Process engineering and automation.



We believe that you have :
MSc/BSc degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering. Experience with developing training and certification procedures and programs.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Production Quality and/or R&D Environment.
Project management skills and a successful track record of leading quality improvement/six sigma projects in manufacturing and/or with suppliers.
Experience in control plan development and knowledge of quality management systems, e.g., ISO 9001, TQM.
Experience in LIMS, metal composition analysis ICP-OES/ICP-MS, organic content analysis, fluoride analysis, particle size distribution analysis, viscosity, conductivity and ORP.

Good problem-solving skills, understanding the importance of keeping set schedules and production goals.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
Excellent English written and oral skills.

Full time employment, fixed salary.
