Electrification Smart Power Unit in Västerås develops and produces contactors, soft starters and pilot devices.
Join us to take a key role in the quality team of Smart Power Electrification Sweden in Västerås. We are now seeking for a talented and passionate candidate who is ready to start as a Quality Control Manager with us supporting customers, production and stakeholders in the quality management system, leading and inspiring people to deliver quality work.
This is a first line manager position reporting to Manager for Quality, Continuous Improvements & HSE.


Your responsibilities
Manage and lead the team
Develop processes and methodologies related to quality and quality control
Being responsible for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Support the unit with problem solving and quality improvements both directly and through our Product Quality Specialists



Your background
Bachelor's or Master´s degree in engineering
5+ years of work experience
Knowledge and experience in quality processes, lean manufacturing and structured problem solving
Previous leadership experience as manager, team leader or project leader
Knowledge about quality system and ISO 9001
Fluent in Swedish and English
