Quality Control Specialist to Bio-Works

Are you a driven and flexible team player with a great eye for quality? Well, then we might have the perfect role for you!

Bio-Works is looking to add a QC Specialist to the team. In this role your main focus will be controlling that Bio-Works’ products meet the QC-specifications.

Daily tasks;

- Logging samples and QC results
- Reporting non-conformities direct to whom it concerns - production or QA
- Support with QC during product development, process development and product care
- Participate in the review of all design, manufacturing, purchasing, and test documentation to assure conformance to quality control standards
- Perform other quality control functions as necessary or as requested
- Perform QC for raw materials and manage quality documentation obtained with QC delivery transfer from product development
- Take part in QC/Sales/Production planning and making priorities
- Ensure effective communication of product issues, ensuring understanding by all personnel whose activities have an impact on quality


Qualifications you need to have

- University degree in chemistry, biochemistry or equivalent is preferred
- Qualification in medical and/or chemical science
- Experience from QC
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or GMP is meritorious
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Swedish is a great plus
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
