We are looking for a quality control technician to be placed at our Distribution Central (DC01) in Lund.You will be working in the Quality department and report to the Quality Manager. Role Description: - Receive and upgrade returned units (new units and RMA-units from the field) from customers - Take action on calls from the Scandinavian support team - Investigate and correct product revisions - Perform simple repairs (ex. change of lenses, no soldering) - Handle the test system - Report actions into the business system IFS - Assist in technical upgrading operations - Handle statistics We would expect the successful candidate for this position to have the following background: - Fluent in English both spoken and written - Knowledge of electronics is necessary - Knowledge of mechanics is necessary - Knowledge of computer HW is necessary - Experience of QA work or support-related work is plus Questions about this position?
