Quality Coordinator at Facil

About the position:
At Facil, you will work in an international environment. For this position you will report to the Quality & Ops Engineering Manager.

You will be located Gothenburg, Sweden and some of your main tasks will be to support and implement the product quality and quality process (block/release parts, manage black list, ...) together with the rest of the team. To lead, coordinate and support the continuous improvement process, by analyzing the results of the processes in order to define and coordinate with the team, the needed actions to improve (for example, Customer Complaints, Supplier rejections, Internal and External Audits results, accidents, etc.). And to communicate quality problems to other Facil parties involved (branches, HQ, ...)

This is a consulting assignment that starts immediately, which will last for a period of approximately one year. For the right person, there may be a chance for the assignment to be extended

Main tasks:
· Liaison with the different suppliers and customers
· Implement, monitor and maintain the execution of the Facil Management System
· Leader, promoter and coach of the FMS philosophy
· Supervise and manage the responsibilities of the Quality Inspectors
· Manage rework and scrapping of NOK products
· Block and release of parts
· Create and follow up rejections towards suppliers
· Supplier 8D review and preparation towards the customer
· Support the internal audit process
· Perform supplier audits
· Coordinate the change management process in your branch
· Support the implementation of the operational plan and support the measuring and reporting of the status
· Apply and safeguard the Facil values in daily operations
· Escalate market and organizational needs and opportunities to your direct manager and work on continuous improvement projects to adapt to the changing and challenging environment
· Perform other job related duties assigned by your manager

Required knowledge/experience:
We are looking for someone who has experience in a quality environment is desired preferably in the automotive sector. Experience with internal and external audits is meritorious.

· Minimum bachelor degree or equal by experience.
· 5+ years working experience in the business control field. 
· Information and communication technology skills at an advanced computer literacy
· Good knowledge of customer requirements and customer standards
· Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
· Strong knowledge of automotive quality processes and tools (PPAP-G8D-FMEA)
· Company language is English and therefor required, knowledge of other languages is a meritorious
· Fastener knowledge is a meritorious
· Internal auditor certificate is meritorious (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
· Automotive core tools is required.
