Position Description: Who You Are

As a Quality Engineer at Tuve Plant, you'll be more than just a professional – you'll be a quality evangelist, embedding a robust quality mindset throughout our organization. And guess what? As a Quality Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind quality enhancements in both product and process domains. Zero defects? That's your mantra, and you'll make it a reality by refining quality and elevating end-user satisfaction. Not only that, you'll play the role of a mentor and coach, guiding Production Leaders and Team Leaders in effective problem-solving techniques. You are used to working with problem solving and have good communication skills. You can see the big picture and make priorities. We believe that you strive to develop yourself and your colleagues. Finally, we hope that you have a strong customer and end-user mindset.


The responsibilities
Manage quality improvements and secure that they are driven in a coordinated approach
Lead and coordinate Root Cause Analysis
Initiate, propose and manage cross-functional initiatives to achieve Quality and Process KPI’s targets
Address quality issues based on data analysis
Set and follow up Quality and Process KPI’s

Qualifications and Good to Have:
BSc / MSc in engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
Good quality methodology knowledge (Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.)
Experience with competence in SPC, process capability, related to tightening process
It is meritorious if you have experience from a production environment
