Quality Engineer

As Quality Engineer you will be a part of our Customer Event Management group which is a "target focused" team that receive and investigates complaints relating to all products manufactured at Gambro Lund.

In this role you will be acting as a hub between Gambros subsidiaries worldwide, and the various teams working locally with development and production of Gambros products. You will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring the investigation process as well as taking care of the documentation. You will be working closely together with various stakeholders to ensure that complaints will be handled in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for providing documentation to the Competent Authorities.

Your main tasks will be:

.Registration and investigation of complaints

.Communication of investigations and results internally and to concerned sales companies worldwide.

.Follow up of opened/closed complaints as well as generated statistical data and preform analysis of the data.

.Provide documentation to Competent Authorities.

Kvalifikationer

We think you have the following qualifications:

.You have a bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent

.You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience of working with quality questions. We see it as a great advantage if you have experience of working with Medical Device.

.Preferably you have experience of working with ISO13485 and/or 21CFR820 (QSReg)

.It is an advantage if you have experience of working with complaint investigation within electronics and/or mechanical engineering.

.We see it as an advantage if you have been working in a coordinating role in an international environment with project management responsibilities.

.Knowledge in DCC, MD Rec, Qlickview and Trackwise will be preferable

.You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Office

.You master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
