Arbetsuppgifter We are now recruiting a quality engineer to participate in our global manufacturing quality program.You will organize and lead product and process related continuous improvements on RBS level.This requires close cooperation with production, engineering, verification and SQE to achieve goal oriented results.These efforts are directed towards internal production as well as our worldwide EMS partners and will require international travel. Main responsibilities: - organize internal process and product meetings, FRAG.Compile meeting material and follow up actions - follow up on Quality KPIs of Nod production - external production support (process audits and product/process training) - statistical support and evaluation of new equipment ex pre-acceptance - internal operator training and mentorship - IPC interpretation - material investigation, process deviation and TR-handling towards SQE - inspection direction and defining quality flow plans - work within both NPI projects and the TTC flow.Utbildning/erfarenhet In this position you will be working with global contacts and therefore you must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are creative and technically oriented and comfortable with having the roll of "leader for change".
