Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer you will work in our Quality Control department. You will work with and develop our complaint process and have a key part in deepened investigations for quality related issues and together with key functions suggest and develop improvements for our products. With this position we also aim to strengthen our competence in areas of soft- and hardware.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for complaint process
Statistical trending for post market surveillance
Extended investigations for quality related issues.
Inspect products, materials and soft- and hardware systems for defects and durability
Identify the root cause of technical and systemic failures and recommend fixes
Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the product


Qualifications / Background
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with experience
Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
Previous work with complaint process and handling
Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Experience of electronic devices. Preferably from medical device business
Competence and experience with statistical analysis
In-depth understanding of technical documentation
Experience from regulations for medical device (i.e. ISO 13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR, FDA QSR)
Full command of the English language for both documentation and communication skills
Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
