Quality Engineer

QUALITY ENGINEER
Floatel International AB is a Swedish company in the offshore oil and gas industry. We manage three accommodation vessels in operation, one in Norway, one in Brazil and one in Gulf of Mexico. Additionally we have two new buildings at Keppel FELS shipyard in Singapore.
We are looking to employ one Quality Engineer to our headquarters in Mölndal who is interested to work in an international and challenging environment.
The Quality Engineer will be working in the HSEQ department and have colleagues from different continents around the world. The main tasks are to develop and implement the Quality Management System as well as to plan, perform and follow up Internal Management System Audits.

Duties and Responsibilities
Advising and assisting on all aspects of Quality issues based on the ISO 9001 Standard.
Coordinating, developing, maintaining and implementing the Quality Management System and continually improve its effectiveness.
Monitor the performance of the Quality Management System and handle any need for improvement.
Perform internal and participate in external Management System Audits.
Coordinating activities related to internal and external Audits and Inspections.
Coordinate the overall schedule for Audits.
Assist in keeping Management and Employees fully advised of changes in FIMS Procedures and Company Policies.

Education/Training
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or similar

Experience & Skills
2 years? experience within the Quality profession or similar
Experience from performing Quality Management Audits
Experience in Quality Management of Processes and Services
Experience from marine or offshore operations is an advantage
