Do you want to have an exciting and developing role focusing on Quality within Packaging Solutions?
You will be a key member of the quality team within the Integrated Supply Chain in Packaging Solutions connected to packaging material. The organisation is responsible for supporting the converting factories to ensure that we deliver zero defects to customer. The team is responsible for both Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities and to develop and improve the Quality Process. We also are responsible to ensure that the existing and future demands on the packaging material related to food safety is transferred to the converting factories.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Quality Engineer, you must be passionate about our quality and how we can improve how we work with the Quality Control & Quality Assurance within the converting factories. In this position you will work with improvement activities together with representatives from our converting factories to further improve the way how and when we control our material. You must be a self-starter with a structured approach and have a high drive and love to collaborate.
You will work in a dynamic organisation, with a big variety of tasks and act in many different roles, where you will have close contact between our converting factories, central organisations, and our development organisation.
Drive, participate and support the implementation of SPC/SQC in our Converting Factories
Drive and support Quality Maintenance methodology and tools implementation
Define, implement, and maintain systems and tools for management and visualization of global quality losses data
Actively support identification, promotion, approval, and implementation of Best Practices
Drive and participate in Quality related improvement activities/ projects
Support the Quality team and Quality Maintenance Master Pillar in driving quality agenda
Promote WCM, actively lead by example aligned with our continuous improvement and zero-defect mindset
Collaborate with several central quality organisations and converting factories to support Quality activities as per the Strategy
Who you are
We believe you are a person that likes analytical activities and have a structured and thorough approach. In this position you will be facing a high variety of tasks and it demands the ability to plan the daily work in a dynamic environment, therefore we are looking for you that are flexible and possess a high personal drive. You have a strong interest in improving our way of working and to support our converting factories. It is natural for you to work with different countries and to drive networks.
Your educational background is preferably within engineering. Experience in quality or manufacturing environments is considered an advantage. Knowledge in SPC (Statistical Process Control)/SQC (Statistical Quality Control) is also an advantage.
Your drive for results and enjoy collaboration. You also have the ability to communicate in networks across geographies and organisational boundaries. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
