Quality Engineer

A service minded problem solver
We are now expanding our team with another Quality Engineer. The mission in this position is to support the business to continuously reducing COPQ by improving existing processes, by applying the relevant methods and tools, required to ensure sustainable results.

 Your primary tasks will be:

* Lead and facilitate problem solving/improvement projects with varying degrees of complexity and/or scope.
* Seek, share, train and implement good practices through coaching and mentoring.
* Apply structure, rigour and fact-based problem-solving approach in order to deliver sustainable results.
* Support external and customer audits.
* Conduct internal & external audits.
* Deliver training.

To be successful in this role you need to be as much an independent problem solver as a collaborative team player. You have a result and improvement-oriented mindset, you are able to challenge as well as you are eager to learn and develop both yourself and other. You have the ability to involve other, share your skills and understand the importance of listen and communicate to others.

Your CV probably also includes:

* University degree ore equivalent within relevant field
* Experience in developing and implementing processes in different industries.
* Experience from delivering improvement projects
* Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
* Fluent in Swedish and English
