Objectives
The quality department in Ljungby is searching for a new employee for participation in our quality assurance and improvement work. The position will drive and coordinate QA activities during introduction of new products/components in our production by developing control plans, part approvals and project participation. The Quality Engineer will also participate in the continues improvement work by following up of KPI´s, doing root cause analyzes and run improvements. In order of succeeding in this position we expect the candidate to have a drive results, good communicative skills and be able to network within the organization.

Key operational responsibilities
- QA activities during introduction of new products/components in our production by developing control plans, part approvals.
- Participation in projects, FMEA analyzes etc.
- Performing root cause analyzes.
- Driving improvements.
- KPI reporting and analyzing statistics.

Competence needed
- Electronics/mechanical background (bachelor's degree or similar work experience).
- Previous job experience within Quality, R&D or Engineering is meritorious.
- Knowledge of quality tools (e.g FMEA, Control plans, MSA etc.).
- Fluently in English.
