Position: Quality engineer
Duration: Permanent position 100%
Location: Karlskoga, Sweden


Based on customer demands AMEXCI is expanding its services in production capacity. We are looking to strengthening our team with a skilled Quality engineer experienced in quality standards and quality assurance processes.
At AMEXCI you will work closely with the Nordic industry active in additive manufacturing. You will work on implementing and maintaining AMEXCIs quality management system and quality standards and be in charge of the quality assurance process to ensure a high-quality production meeting the customer specific requirements.

The Job:
· You will develop inspection and work instructions
· You will perform part inspection and quality reports
· You will strive to identify technical issues and get to the root of the problem
· You will coordinate and assist in quality audits of our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
· You will update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
· You will together with production management set and track quality assurance goals
· You will strive to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible and report on errors and corrective actions
· You will coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
· You will work closely with production management and production team
· You will report to the production manager

Qualifications:
· You have previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
· You have a BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
· You have hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
· You have in-depth understanding of technical documentation
· Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
· You have good knowledge of manufacturing processes
· You have knowledge of operating measurement equipment
· You have basic knowledge in CAD Data Analysis (measurement & manipulation)
· You are are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills
· You are motivated and eager to learn continuously
· You are comfortable working in a fast developing and continuously changing environment
· You are a team player
· You have high communication skills
· Since our official company language is English, it is important that you have good English communication skills
