Quality Engineer

About the role
As a quality engineer you will be part of our supply organization and work in a team responsible for the overall quality work. You are expected to cooperate with many different internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers. The role is focused on our production site in Markaryd, but you will also support our unit in Shanghai, China. Some travelling will be expected. We are certified according to ISO 9001.

Main tasks
Take part in, develop, and follow up operative and systematic quality work to reduce disturbances in the internal processes
Handle deviations and claims, internal and vendor
Have a coordinating role in the production regarding production stop
Participate and/or lead work regarding continuous improvements

About you
It is a requirement that you have experience from quality work, lean and preferably a technical education.
We are looking for someone with the capability to work systematically with our quality systems, who is independent and able to prioritize the daily work given the needs from customers.
To be successful in the role we believe you need to possess strong communication skills, both in English and Swedish, to be able to interact in a good way with all stakeholders.
Knowledge in measurement technology, technical data and mechanical drawings are highly preferred and if you have experience working with SAP, that will be an advantage.
