Do you have experience within the quality field and keen on being a part of establish and further develop internal quality processes for our production site in Alingsås? Then we might have the right job for you! 

A service minded problem-solver 
We are now expanding our team with another one Quality Engineer. This position is on local level mainly responsible for internal quality-processes with overlap to customer and supplier quality as well.

Your primary tasks will be:  
•    Defining of incoming inspection, line (in-process) inspection and final inspection in accordance with legal, customer, standard and internal requirements (including creation of control plans and other relevant documentation)
•    Suggestion of process optimization incl. their implementation with the aim of maximizing efficiency/savings/standardization
•    Coordination of internal nonconformity analysis (in cooperation with other internal experts) incl. definition of relevant corrective and preventive actions and their follow-up/verification
•    Checking and validation of corrective and preventive action defined by suppliers within supplier complaints
•    Registration and processing of customer complaints or other customer issues/concerns
•    Coordination of relevant analysis incl. definition of relevant corrective and preventive actions and their follow-up/verification
•    Collecting and evaluation of relevant data incl. processing of relevant reporting
•    Engagement and support within continuous improvement process
•    Collaboration within preparation of new project/tenders or changes on current projects
•    Collaboration within 2nd (customer) and 3rd (certification) party audit

To be successful in this role you need to be as much an independent problem-solver as an collaborative team player. You tackle problems with an solution oriented mindset. You have the ability to involve other, share your skills and understand the importance of listen and communicate to others. 

Your CV probably also includes:
•    University degree ore equivalent within relevant field
•    + two years of experience within an equivalent position (manufacturing industry)
•    MS office, Excel 
•    Fluent in Swedish and English (German is a plus)
•    SAP is a plus
•    Sig Sigma is a plus
