Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Act as the main interface for quality within internal production.
Plan, coordinate, control, and organize production quality activities in the Finspång factory for assigned order projects.
Collaborate with Project Quality Management to meet customer quality demands.
Assess production capabilities to ensure compliance with customer-specific project requirements.
Ensure necessary resources are available to execute the project plan effectively.
Manage Customer Witness Points (CWPs) during production.
Collect and review Siemens Energy Quality Documentation (QCP/ITP, MRB, etc.).
Incorporate lessons learned into Project Risk Mitigation Plans.

What You Bring:
Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, power, process engineering, or similar).
Fluent in English (speaking and writing); knowledge of Swedish is a significant advantage.
Experience or education related to design, specification, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, and/or Arabic is an advantage.
Structured and cooperative personality.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project advancement.
Previous experience in a quality organization is an advantage.
