As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of a Quality Assurance team based in Mölndal with the overall responsibility to secure standards and regulations are implemented and fulfilled. Your focus will be in Complaint Handling, CAPA and Nonconformity processes. In addition, coordinate activities related to Product Issues and/or Improvement Initiatives in the organisation. Participate in External Audits when needed.
Responsibilities;
be part of the Global Complaint Team and actively participate in the Complaint Process
train and supervise Customer Service in Complaint Handling
perform root causes for product issues and secure established actions are implemented
take the and coordinate activities related to Product Issues
act as CAPA and NC Coordinator
actively take part in External Audits
lead and participate in Improvements Project related to Quality
You are an analytical and flexible team player and enjoy problem solving. You are open for challenges and enjoy working together with highly skilled and committed colleagues where every day makes a difference.
Qualifications / Background
Master or Bachelor degree in engineering, science or technical discipline
preferably 3 years of experience within Quality Assurance
experience from Medical Device Industry
skills in Complaint Handling and market actions/recalls.
knowledge about CAPA and Nonconformity Processes
experience from working in Global cross-functional Projects
a strong commitment to achieve goals and targets
analytic and structured approach of working
good communication in English and Swedish, both written and verbally
interpersonal skills as parts of the work is done in cross functional teams
it is considered an advantage if you are familiar with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDD 93/42/, MDR 2017/745 and FDA Quality System Regulation or have experience from product areas with high regulatory demands
